Gentle Yoga

Enhances strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness. All levels are welcome.

Hatha Flow Yoga

This class uses postures and stretches in combination with breath work to develop flexibility, relaxation, and strength. All levels welcome.

Power Yoga

A faster pace class with sequences that require a little more strength, stamina, and flexibility. For students familiar with poses.
